The Challenge

When the Propane Education and Research Council (PERC) needed to update its training for office staff working in the propane industry, Griotitude was on hand to help update and enhance its e-learning library.

How We Helped

Working in close collaboration with PERC’s training manager and technical experts, Griotitude provided our 3rd-Arm Service to bring the Office Personnel suite of e-learning courses up to date. This collaborative effort ensured the accuracy and relevance of the updated materials.

On this project, Griotitude assisted PERC with:

  • Updating existing content to reflect current industry standards
  • Re-branding
  • Replacing an outdated video with a Vyond animation (saving time and money and aligning with marketing initiatives)
  • Identifying opportunities for increased engagement and adding meaningful interactive activities and knowledge checks
  • Adding all-new audio
  • Adding closed captions to fulfill current accessibility requirements
  • Preserving the integrity of existing scenarios containing recorded audio of simulated customer calls and practical techniques that were still relevant and specifically applied to dealing with propane customers, vendors, and technicians
  • Creating relevant end-of-module quizzes

With these updates, the revitalized Office Personnel program is more engaging for office staff and aligns with PERC’s new accessibility standards and newly acquired IASET accreditation status.
