This menu branches to different course content based on a learner’s role. But, it’s a little different from typical branching menus in that it also needed to address a mistake workers frequently made.

Workers often incorrectly assumed they could play more than one role in this approval process. So, this menu shows all five roles, and if the learner selects more than one role, it displays a dialog explaining why dual roles aren’t allowed, then provides an opportunity to make a different selection.
